If you are not registered at Holy Family Parish, you may register your family when you contact us. Please note that attendance at the preparation class is mandatory prior to the Baptism, except in the circumstance of serious illness of the child.
Birth Certificates: The birth certificate is required to verify spelling of names, and date and place of birth as it will appear on the Baptismal Certificate and in parish records. The certificate may be brought to the office or emailed.
Enrollment: The fee is $50 ($75 for more than one child). This may be paid in cash or by cheque payable to Holy Family Parish. Payment may be made during office hours, or placed in the collection basket at Mass, or placed in the mail slot in the west doors. Please indicate “Baptism registration” on the envelope. Private Baptisms may be arranged and have a stipend of $250.

- if married, said marriage is recognized and recorded by the Catholic Church;
- lead a life of faith in keeping with the function to be taken on;

There is to be only one male sponsor (godfather), or one female sponsor (godmother), or one of each.
